Race: - A being of protomatter created by the Mists

Backstory: - Seventy-one years ago a norn shaman Rodrik Oxbone entered the Mists. He was seeking wisdom from a lesser Spirit of the Wild - Ox. As the shaman came into contact with the Mists, the protomatter of the Mists took upon norn's form and copied it, using it as a "mold", it created a being with the norn's appearance and mind. He called himself Knastaras. He already had the knowledge and capabilities of a norn, yet he lacked the common sense and the knowledge of why he knew things. The norn shaman was at first puzzled by Knastaras, even taking into consideration slaying him, but there was something strange about Knas, something the shaman didn't feel when dealing with most Mist creations - Demons. So Rodrik decided to take a gamble and brought back Knastaras with himself to the world of the living. He tutored Knas in the ways of the norn for several years, even going as far as treating him as his own child. A big grown up child, that is. Even though Knastaras showed equal promise in both magical and physical arts of combat, the ox shaman taught him the ways of the warrior, because he himself was one. But Rodrik did not live long enough to make sure Knas was ready for the world, he died of a sudden heart attack and left Knastaras alone. As taught by the shaman, Knas made the proper shamanistic burial and traveled south. He traveled for many years, usually working as a mercenary he found himself quite easily exploited due to how Knas could be influenced by the people around him and their tendencies. Needless to say he got himself into a lot of trouble, dozens of bounties, skirmishes with various bounty hunters every day were not increasing his chances of survival to say the least. And so he ran. Ran through lands and lived a nomadic life for several decades, outlasting the bounties placed on him, and outliving the people who wanted to kill him. Knastaras continued to live his nomadic life for a few years more, until he stumbled on a bunch of weirdos in Orr and foolishly enough decided to join them.






Personality: - Knastaras' own personality is a big mix of all the personalities he has encountered during his current lifetime with an added passion for fighting. A rather big passion for fighting. Knastaras lives for battle, and enjoys a good fight more than anything. He even holds back in an effort to make any fight last longer. He claims injury and death are nothing but the price one pays for a good fight. Despite his tendency to be brutal, Knas usually stops a fight if his opponent is too injured to fight back, claiming he is not interested in fighting "weaklings who can't fight anymore", and he does not feel obligated to deal a death blow to anyone who cannot fight any longer. However, he will unhesitatingly kill his opponent if they refuse to end their fight. On multiple occasions, Knastaras has shown to greatly respect those who can defeat him in a fight and those who can push him to his limit. Yet he doesn't limit the passion for fighting only to himself and tries to force it upon others too, usually defending those who are too weak to fight back or are fighting in unfair odds. He is also capable of adopting other people's personalities when around them, most of the time returning petty insults and or compliments of his own.


Powers:
Master Swordsman - Due to a lifetime experience in fighting, Knastaras' skill with his swords has been honed to a masterful level, letting him strike multiple times with changes of attack type (from slash to pierce) without any difficulty. While still a inexperienced, his prowess was great enough to produce a huge pile of corpses single-handedly and even managing wound the strongest of warriors in battle. His unpolished skills, but immense might with his swords allow him to always fight with one hand free, only drawing his second sword when facing opponents he feels will beat him otherwise.

Expert hand-to-hand fighter While preferring to use his blades in battle, Knas has proven several times to be very dangerous while barehanded. He can easily catch an opponent's attack with a single hand, perform powerful kicks, and easily subdue opponents with throws and take-downs which often end up with brutal injuries.

Highly Perceptive Combatant Despite his seeming disregard for any strategy in his fights and his self-admitted aversion to thinking during battle, Knas is a very a insightful man, regularly showing more understanding than one would expect. Leaving many impressed with having an ability to understand things he has no personal experience with. He is very adept at finding and exploiting weaknesses in his opponents' techniques and is also adept at adjusting to his opponent's attack patterns and battle methods to better counter them. While he admits to having no sanity or common sense, Knastaras is very perceptive, noticing traits in people others would not notice, and seeing what drives a person's actions. He possesses sharp intuition towards incoming danger, which is most likely why he has survived so long.

Immense Strength Perhaps due to years of combat experience and time on the battlefield, Knas has a very large degree of physical strength, most commonly displayed by his ability to fight back his opponent's attacks with a single arm. He has repeatedly displayed his strength with acts like kicking people through walls, lifting massive objects and throwing them around with ease.. His sword attacks can cut through plate removing his opponents limbs in single strikes and he has even been able to knock a giant off his feet once. He can also fend off powerful attacks from massive blades with a single hand, yet he admits himself that acts like these drain his body and make him quite sleepy after the fights.

Immense Speed Knas is deceptively fast for his size and build. Thanks to his tremendous raw power, his leg strength allows him to more than make up for his bulky structure, allowing him to move fast enough to instantly close a huge gap of space between him and his opponent, and even seemingly disappear from sight. In battle, he can strike with incredible speed in rapid succession, making it highly difficult for his opponents to find an opening and counterattack.

Immense Endurance His physical strength and speed is matched by his resilience. Knataras often ignores most of the injuries he sustains in battle (much like a berserker), not suffering any debilitation despite having multiple slash wounds in his body. Even after receiving grievous injuries while training under shaman Rodrik, which left him in a comatose state, he recovered only days later, well enough to resume training.

Immense Durability As resilient as Knastaras is, he is just as hard to damage. Often being hit with crushing blows from maces and magic attacks that leave his armor terribly mangled. Despite these kinda impacts to his body, he usually emerges from them unfazed, claiming that the opponent should've "put more effort in them".

Immortality Due to Knas being a creature from protomatter, that has been created by the Mists, he is immortal age-wise.

Prowess in magic and other physical arts Knastaras has also demonstrated an ability to be able to "change" his path, by becoming an elementalist whilst still training under Rodrik, but has never repeated that, due to him instantly losing all the experience he has gained whilst on his previous path.

Current status: Knastaras has decided to end his nomadic ways and joined the brotherhood. Even though the start wasn't a joyride, he's easing himself into the concept of "family", taking great care of his peers. He watches and studies everyone carefully, especially Prophet due to not being aware of his plans and knowing how oblivious everyone is to what's coming ahead. Even though he's trying to take care of everyone, he's not letting anyone in close to him. He fears that his own honesty will be the death of him. He's already a massive "brute" to most of them, he would scare them even more if they knew his true nature. So Knas just flows along with the life of the Entropy, spectating and waiting for what's coming ahead. He's got all the time in the world.




Will add more hopefully, when I get the inspiration to do so. There might be some style mistakes, but I still hope it won't be to hard to read.
